By downloading, installing, or using the AcrossBoard app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is provided to facilitate clipboard sharing across your devices and with other users. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
To access certain features, you may need to sign in using a third-party service (e.g., Google, GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You are responsible for any content you share using the App. You agree not to share content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App solely for its intended purposes.
The App may use third-party services (e.g., Google Sign-In, GitHub OAuth) for authentication. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of these services, and your use of them is subject to their respective terms of service:
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss or unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the App or on our website, and your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
